- Debit card - Please contact us immediately at 940-549-2040, during normal business hours. If after normal business hours, please call 800-472-3272. If you use mobile banking, you may also log in to your Mobile Banking App and Block all transactions for your card, report your card lost or stolen, and place restrictions.

- Can I use my debit card internationally?
Yes, Ciera Bank cards will work where all Visa Cards are accepted. However, to prevent any disruptions or fraud alerts, please call your branch prior to traveling internationally to allow us time to prepare the system for predicted use outside of US.
- What do I do if I receive a call from Ciera Bank Fraud Protection Services?
Don't Panic! You may receive a call when an unusual purchase, large debit amount, or foreign country (that was not planned) are detected on a transaction. You can verify the transaction(s) in question and determine if they are legitimate or not.
